In 2019 The Insides Company received ISO 13485 certification and CE marking. The company continues to develop and manufacture medical devices in compliance with this international quality standard, and is audited on an annual basis to maintain certification.

In 2021, The Insides Company achieved carbon neutral status for its company operations, by employing carbon offsetting via Toitū Envirocare.

Since then, the company has been working on becoming a B Corp company, and in 2023 The Insides Company is now a Certified B Corporation, this means The Insides Company is now part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact.
